The warranty period varies depending on the type and model of fitness equipment you purchased is new or ex rental. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is valid only for the original purchaser.
The warranty policy covers the following:
• Repair or replacement of any defective parts or components, at our discretion.
• Free labor for the repair or replacement of any defective parts or components, within the warranty period.
• The warranty is based on a "back to base" policy at the purchaser's expense.
The warranty policy does not cover the following:
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation or maintenance.
• Damage caused by environmental factors, such as extreme temperatures, humidity, or power surges.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
• Damage caused by transportation or relocation of the fitness equipment, unless authorized by us.
• Any incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, loss of profits, or injury.
To claim the warranty, you need to do the following:
• Contact our customer service team by phone or email and provide your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, product model, and a detailed description of the problem.
• Provide a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or confirmation email, that shows the date and place of purchase.
• Follow the instructions given by our customer service team, which may include sending photos or videos of the problem, returning the defective part or component, or arranging for a service technician to visit your location.
